please suggest a good medicine for gas toddler 2 years 1 month old? and does gripe water remove gas?

Gripe water is not advisable to be given to the child it’s a most horrible thing to be offered and if your child is having gas then you can give Digene that would be a better option to reduce acidity and gas related issues and please consult your doctor once
