please share me sugar diet chart

A. Hello man You mean to say for diabetes ? If so then you have to take whole grains , like millets , legumes like chana , rajma etc , you have to avoid sugary foods and limit very natural sugars as well such as honey , fruits like banana , chikku , mango etc . Have vegetable- especially even salads also works well before meal time . Avoid very heavy meals instead have small frequent meals
