please say my has constipation he is 1 month 10 days only what can I do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is one month 10 days of age There is no need to use any medicines for constipation in babies below the age of 6 months a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also it is common in babies of this age
