NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you should be avoiding spicy and gassy causing food in th e diet and also make sure to hav e a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet andbthis would help in the growth of your child also and is absolutely nothing to worry and is safe also
