my toddler is 3 .5 years old we went to goa he had nose bleeding there . we thought of it might be because of sun hotness it happens for almost 1 min then at night same day
next day in flight when it landed. for about 2-3 sec
now the next day at night it happens own its own .. now I woke up and see that it happens at mid night also . what should I do...

bleeding from the nasal cavity also known as epistaxis.
during the initial bleeding episode you will have to press up on the bleeding area to stop thde bleeding.
you can press some cold ice or cold cloth also to decrease the bleeding
after bleeding stops you have to make use of nasal saline drdops to keep the nasal cavity moist and also apply antibacterial cream (tbact) over the bleeding area for faster healing.
