ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. babies are twins qWeight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it feed for 10 to 15 min from each side

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! In the initial two weeks baby reduces birth weight and regain by the end of the month.
It's been already 4 weeks look after baby growth rate week by week.
You didn't mention about baby feed either breast feed or formula feed..
If breast feed then check your supply babies getting enough supply or not consult your Paeditrician and ask suggestion about formula feed..
