as your child is going to be 4 years he need to have every kind of food which is prepared at home, having from the family pot.
also give them below kind of food to maintain the health and immunity
feed the baby with one teaspoon of ghee daily and also includes milk products such as cheese ghee butter curd buttermilk.
give full cream milk for the baby.
give vegetables which are sweet potato potato green peas and more of green leafy vegetables.
give egg chicken and soup
