Diet after child birth place major role
Have a balanced and nutritious diet
Go for small and frequent meals
Include fresh fruits 2 to 3 servings
Green vegetables specially methi and spinach in your diet , at least 3 katori of vegetables in a day
Milk 2 glass per day
Include oats, ragi, daliya made with milk and jaggery or namkeen daliya, methidana , jeera, saunf, also, ajwain in your diet as they promote proper digestion and increase milk production
Have saunf sesame and ajwain mix post meals as they aid in good digestion
Avoid excess use of ghee or ladoo or oil rich food
Water 2 to 3 litre everyday

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should have a healthy and nutritious food in the diet and there is no restriction with food and it is just you should avoid spicy food or gassy food in the diet which should be better and also include lots of fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek
