A. baby is 20 month Try to converse with your baby often reduce screen time encourage peer play if the problem perissts beyond 3 years of age kindly consult developmental pediatrician for proper examination and medication speech therapy may be required o k ay

A. It Maybe a little bit of delay in the speech of the child which is normal so do not panic at all I would just say you can either take a consultation with the speech therapist was or if you want you can even go ahead with homoeopathic treatment for developing the glands of your child
