please answer me... there is a bleeding from my armpit with little puss.. and I feel it is happened after I shaved there with raser.. plz guide me what to do.. any antibiotic

Sometimes what happens is when the hair break a little bit of pimple can appear and it’s a mild infection so you can Betadine I want to this area and over the period it is going to settle down in the infection is out then it is going to settle down in a day or two
