Q.

past few days he avoids food, even snacks not eating anything always getting burp if he eat something little, even he drink water or milk immediately burps lot what's the reason why he avoids food

A. some indigesion n excessive gases are main reason. u can give ur child ajwain water, avoid giving spicy, oily food. you may also give probiotics to ur child.
