Q.
our elder daughter is of 7 years old she is of 23 kgs.. is it at a correct weight at her age? and she often fell sick with cold cough and high fever.please assist me to increase her immunity as well as put on weight?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. dear mom. 23 kg is more then normal. give her well balanced family food . educate her for proper hand washing to avoid infection. keep giod hygien.
