our child makes snoring like noise while he is awake or sleeping... he is 3 mnths old... what could be the reason and how to avoid that ?

A. the baby is 3 months of age if baby is making snoring sounds while sleeping and even aware there can be nasal congestion you can give steam inhalation to the baby and put saline drops in the nose
