My 3 and half girl is sleeping too much ? What could be the reason. She is fussy when awake

A. Teething could b happening with your child and that’s y the child may e giddy and cranky and also kids sleep for 10-12 hours in this age so it’s not t all a problem so need not worry about it as of now
