8 AM-breakfast and a glass of milkshake
11 AM-fruits with dry fruits and honey
1 p.m-rice and Sambar with vegetable fry and little curd rice.
4 PM-any fruit juice
7 PM-dinner. Before putting baby to sleep give a glass of lukewarm milk with Badam powder or a pinch of turmeric added to it. Avoid sugar,instead of sugar you can use jaggery. Since your baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home. Try to give home-made food until baby completes three years which is best for their growth and immunity. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits in a week.Write Your Answer Here
