RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl3 weeks agoA. Proper three meals of breakfast lunch and dinner rest of the times is your choice if you want to give milk you can give fruits one time so it’s totally on you how do you want to prepare our schedule and meal plan for your child from this age onwards
