one teeth of my son fell down and some 4-5 gray hair also came. he is only 3yrs 9month old. why this happened?

A. Hi you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination of the damaged teeth..it's too early for a child to loose teeth.. maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice daily
