Q.

One of you expert suggested me to use promolact tablets to increase milk supply but i am using lactare and perinorm at present .should i stop perinorm and should i take promolact and how should i use that

A. hello lactare tablet alon e should b e sufficient and perinorm is not for lactation and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and also Fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and helps in the growth of your child also
