on Wed I felt very light pain and burning during urinating in the morning, I thought it would be UTI so I started taking syp Alkasol but till today i feel more buring sensation during urinating also my private part is also burning even if I am not urinating. For the burning sensation I used ice pack and from yesterday night I am having sharp pain in my lower right back which has increased more today. What Could be the reason for all this. I am tensed and will see gynae today.

due to urinary tract infection
in this case it is important to rule out urinary tract infection for which urine report as well as urine culture needs to be done.
in the report if it is found that there is positive urine culture then dr gives antibiotics for around 14 days after which culture report is repeated to see if the infection is gone.
kindly take plenty of fluids to drink to and maintain hygiene of the urinary area and contact your doctor for relevant examination and investigation
