Can you please share a picture with your questions so it will be easy for me to understand whether it is some kind of a mark it is a Mongolian spot because that can be there on the face of the kids as well which usually vanishes by the age of 1 to 1 1/2 years and sometimes by the age of two but without a picture or a proper assessment it would be difficult to guide you correctly
