ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom yes definitely it is very good and healthy Prefer to buy plane non-flavoured oats. Avoid the ready to make mix as it contains preservatives. Try to get a plane one and add in your own natural flavours to it.
