Q.

Now my baby is 4 month old, as ramadan is coming and i have to take fast and my baby won't get breast milk as much she needed.. so what kind of nutrition will help her to healthy baby

A. hi as your child is 4 months old,it is advisable to breastfeed your child as per his or her needs. please don't give anything to eat or drink other than breastmilk and needed medicines till 6 months age. so if possible please avoid fast keep your body well hydrated. maintain good hygiene.
