Now my baby is 4 month 22 days old, he is weight is 4.8, how can i increase my baby wright?

Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year, baby gain weight slowly so you should definitely calculate according to that. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby till your baby turned six months old.
