Yes, to reduce belly fat you need to include fiber and protein rich foods in your diet alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods.Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
