ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. during second pregnancy you can continue the breastfeeding till 5 months and after that you should slowly reduce the breastfeeding just to maintain your health and the first babies health good and also you should take care to have good nutritious diet so that all of you 3 can get proper nutrition
