Q.
now i am 4 month pregnant and i am breastfeeding my 1.5 months baby. my gync recommended calcium and iron suppliments so can i use the tablets or any harm to my breastfeeding baby plss suggest.

you can have to take the calcium needs as your gynaecologist prescribed
try weaning off breast feeding as soon as possible
