now I am 27 weeks pregnant my hemoglobin 10.9 and RBC 3.5 and thyroid is 2.11 TSH is it cause any problem for me

A. Have proper iron ridge diet and iron supplement to maintain your hemoglobin level properly Minimum hemoglobin needed at the time of delivery is eleven, This is needed to avoid any complications as there is more of bleeding at the time of delivery
