Q.

Now baby is 7 months old what food need to give because we are vegetarian so which is draw back or need to give any nonveg....or any veg food is fine for my baby

A. You should start giving Da rice water to begin with porridge khichadi mash banana mashed potato make sure to include good amount of dairy products and food into your child every day diet along with that it is going to be good for you that you should include all kind of daily products as well for the child as that is very very healthy and good to be given to the child
