Q.

Now a days my daughter is latching for 45 mins to an hour. Is it the sign that milk is decreasing? I am not able to rectify. Please let me know.

A. Hi mom Yes latching for one hour indicates that milk supply is decreasing . Express ur milk and see if u are getting sufficient feed... If not then start having shatavari with warm milk twice a day to improve lactation. take care
