Noticed tiny rash like spots (image attached) all over torso, arms, cheeks, and a little on legs too…the spots are not raised or bumpy but you can just tell they’re there. Please what could this be? He very recently recovered from viral fever (that lasted for a week)

A. Could be due to the side-effect of the medicine that you have given sometime the rashes can appear like that so currently I’m going to advise you to apply calamine lotion and that is going to be very beneficial for this issue and consult your doctor also
