not having yolk sac till 5 week 4 days ...is this normal

Yes sometimes in initial 4 to 6 weeks you do not see but it happens over the period so the doctor is probably going to wait till the time of 6 to 8 weeks and some doctors waited till the time of 12 weeks so you should proceed with what your doctor has advise
