not getting rid of lice and nits. tried many shampoos and combs but they appear again in my 3 year old girl's head

Okay so you can add some Kapoor and coconut oil together applied it in the head of the child leave it overnight and wash it with a shampoo which is specifically for this and then you can add some Dettol into that oil that you are using either in the night or in the morning half an hour to 1 hour before in the head of the child with the help of a cotton that also helps in killing them so try these remedies I have tried myself
