not eating food and so not gaining her weight.current weight is 9.4 kg and height is 76cm.she is 18 months old

A. U Are saying so yourself only that your child is not eating well So that could be an indication that the Haemoglobin level of the child is quite less so you should get a check with your doctor the doctor will advise according to that they need to start with any health tonic for the child
