ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Cold compression-Wrap some ice cubes in a cloth and place it over the affected skin for 10 minutes at a time. Use this simple remedy 3 or 4 times a day. Apply aloe vera gel fur 15 to 20 minutes

It Would probably be due to either dryness because the weather is too cold so you can go ahead with NMFE vitamin E cream or almond oil regularly still if you feel that the ageing is there then that is definitely due to some allergy in that case we’ll have to consult a dermatologist
