anti allergic medicines has to be given to the child and you have to find the cause of allergy
do not give any type of food and do not applsy any type of powder or lotion which might aggravate this allergy
kindly give plenty of flsuids to the child and then meet your doctor for examination

If the problem is severe and persistent then it needs personal medical evaluation. Consult your child’s doctor for advice. Good luck and take care.
