Nihit 5 years old having weight 12 kg. is he underweight? what can be done to gain the weight?

A. Okay so right now your child is maintaining a weight gain for a two year old child it is 6 KG is underweight so that’s a big matter of concern as per you I think a proper evaluation with your doctor would be required to know why things are not proper and what is needed to be done
