Teeth grinding is very common and no need to worry for that.
Sometimes because of worm infestation teeth grindings occur in babies if posiible give deworming medicines once it will help

Actually kids can have warm in the tummy which is why they behave like this you can just check with your doctor for giving a deworming medication to the child that’s going to be quite beneficial in the current situation that will definitely help your child
