A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please take healthy food items including fresh fruits and dry fruits. Please take eggs and chicken. Also drink chicken soup. You can also take banana shake. Please take lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds. Thanks and take care
