namste meri daughter ka weight 12 kg hai aur wo abhi 4 years 10 moth ki hai... to usko me weight gaining ke liye kya karna chahiye..? wheat chapati /roti Dena sahi hai ya galat hai..? food me kya khilanese uska weight gain hoga??
