AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom As ur baby is 3 months old, the weight should be anywhere between 5-8 kgs. The weight gets double the birth weight by five months. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby.
