Involve your child in each process of food preparation from buying things and preparing to get his interest in food. Take his opinions. Eat with him. Try to have meals all members sitting together

yeah..kids are choosy at this stage of age.
so it is common problem among them.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because kids learn by imitation and are also reassured when their parents are obviously enjoying the same food.
you can involve your child in meal preparation .
because he or she will get to experience the food without having to eat it .
