Myra is 1 year old now.. but she still eats pureed foods.. every food have to grind n give her. not able to swallow solids.. she can't sit n eat.. still eats while lying down.

A. hi mom that's fine let the baby eat soft to mashed foods gradually introduce finger foods that's fine if baby so lying and eating , after eating keep baby in upright position for sometime
