my wife weight not recovered after delivery she is feeling very weak.. suggest diet

A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. give Sunbath every morning for half an hour daily. prefer protein rich diet and stay hydrated

A. Hello sir There is nutrient loss from body after delivery due to which weekness is there. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice, dry fruits, milk etc to get energy.
