Q.

My wife is a mother of 4 months old boy. But she unable to produce enough milk and can’t feed the child properly. Any suggestion for the formation of proper breast milk?

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in daily diet. Consult a lactation specialist for a personal evaluation and seek advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice
