you can try to eat healthy home made foods like kore of vegetables, fruits, Dal's, low fat paneer, eggs. Avoid fried foods, sugar, sweets & junk foods
Exercise daily for atleast 45 minutes.

Limit intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat foods. Do exercises like squats, jogging, swimming, breathing, brisk walking, cycling, skipping, running and Yogasanas. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning daily.
