A. Hi To lose weight, you need to avoid sugar, sweets , bakery products, fried foods, junk foods Include more of protein rich foods like skim milk, low fat paneer, Dal's, eggs whites, Vegetables, fruits , nuts exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
