my two years old baby boy having fever frequently and his forehead and stomach become too hot but hands and legs are normal, after giving medicine it becomes normal but few hours after too hot again.

check the temperature of the baby in the axilla if it is more than 100 than only fever In small babies the head will be having largest surface area so there will be more blood supply and palms and soles will also have more blood supply there will be sweating to regulate body temperature it is not fever

Check the body temperature. 
if the body temperature is 99.5 or above then u can give paracetamol to ur baby for fever. 
secondly Warm head and feet are normal in babies. 
If the body temperature is normal then no need to worry.
