thanks for the suggestion given him albendazole two weeks back still he is doing the same he passing the stool with pressure I am thinking he is having constipation

May be due to worms.
kindly give syrup albendazole 10 ml to the child at night (first dose) and 10ml after 14 days and if the problem still continues meet your doctor and get a stool examination which will help in diagnosis. 
very important to maintain hygiene of the food as well as the the hygiene of the hands and everything which goes inside the mouth of the child otherwise the worms problem will occur again and again.
can be repeated every 6months if required.
final decision will be taken by dr who will tell you if it is needed by your child or not.

Worms could be one reason as a child may be having worms in the tummy and actually it irritates the anus of your child the most so I think probably that is why your child is taking the finger into it I would recommend you to consult your doctor they’ll be able to give you appropriate help and response on that
