my twin baby boys are 10months old and their weight is 7.2 and 7.7kg is that okay... I am being in breast feed for both of them is my milk is enough? how many times I need to feed them solids and BM

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, a baby should be 10 kgs ( 9 to 11 kgs) by age 1 year. So accordingly your babies are doing well as per their weight. You should guve them supplements as well like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. Also focus more on fruits as fruits are tasty and help in building taste buds too.
