my twin babies are now 1 year old but still my tummy has not cut down. it's still seems a good baby bump at my stomach. how to reduce belly fat quickly?

A. Madam it is not going to go away it’s only you have to work on it I’m going to recommend you to go for a proper workout and diet from a tucking that is only going to help in touching your tummy or you can also try taking intermittent fasting into consideration
